Linda Frazier, RN, BSN, is the co-executive director of the CPH. She is the Public Health Workforce Development Specialist at the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. She is a fellow from Cycle I of the Kansas Public Health Leadership Institute and serves on the Advisory Board of the Washburn School of Nursing. She received her degrees from Fort Hays State University. |

Suzanne Hawley, PhD, MPH, MA, is the CPH co-executive director. She is an Assistant Professor within the Department of Preventive Medicine and Public Health at KUSM-W and is site director of the KU-MPH program at KUSM-W and the co-director of KPHLI. She earned her undergraduate and Master of Arts degrees at California State University, San Bernardino, and her doctorate and Master of Public Health from Loma Linda University. |

Shirley Orr, ARNP, MHS, CNAA, is co-executive director of the CPH. She is the Director of Local Health within KDHE’s Office of Local and Rural Health. She is a graduate of the National Public Health Leadership Institute and co-director of the Kansas Public Health Workforce and Leadership Development (WALD) Center as well as co-director for KPHLI. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Wichita State University. |

Jon Anderson, BSN, RN, MS, serves as a director of CPH. He is the Public Health Capacity Development Manager at KDHE. He is a fellow of the Kansas Public Health Leadership Institute (Cycle II) and has served as a mentor for the program since 2005. He received his BSN and MS degrees from Pittsburg State University and has worked in the realm of public health since 2001. |

Kelly Kabler, BS, is the project coordinator for the CPH program. She works in the Department of Preventive Medicine and Public Health at the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita. She also supports KPHLI. She earned her undergraduate degrees at the University of Kansas. |
