Linda Frazier, RN, BSN

Linda Frazee, RN, BSN, is the co-executive director of the CPH. She is the Public Health Workforce Development Specialist at the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. She is a fellow from Cycle I of the Kansas Public Health Leadership Institute and serves on the Advisory Board of the Washburn School of Nursing. She received her degrees from Fort Hays State University.

Suzanne Hawley, PhD, MPH, MA

Suzanne Hawley, PhD, MPH, MA, is the CPH co-executive director. She is an Assistant Professor within the Department of Preventive Medicine and Public Health at KUSM-W and is site director of the KU-MPH program at KUSM-W and the co-director of KPHLI. She earned her undergraduate and Master of Arts degrees at California State University, San Bernardino, and her doctorate and Master of Public Health from Loma Linda University.

Shirley Orr, ARNP, MHS, CNAA

Shirley Orr, ARNP, MHS, CNAA, is co-executive director of the CPH. She is the Director of Local Health within KDHE’s Office of Local and Rural Health. She is a graduate of the National Public Health Leadership Institute and co-director of the Kansas Public Health Workforce and Leadership Development (WALD) Center as well as co-director for KPHLI. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Wichita State University.

Jon Anderson, BSN, RN, MS

Jon Anderson, BSN, RN, MS, serves as a director of CPH. He is the Chief Executive Officer at the Jackson NEK-Multi County Health Department. He is a fellow of the Kansas Public Health Leadership Institute (Cycle II) and has served as a mentor for the program since 2005. He received his BSN and MS degrees from Pittsburg State University and has worked in the realm of public health since 2001.

Kelly Kabler, BS

Kelly Kabler, BS, is the assistant director for the CPH program. She serves as a senior coordinator in the Department of Preventive Medicine and Public Health at the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita. She also supports KPHLI. She earned her undergraduate degrees at the University of Kansas.
